For Seamus, a local Ministry boy made good, it has been an honour to make his own Sessions album. “I can clearly remember first coming to the club back in ‘92 and how I dreamt of playing in “The Box” on that awesome Richard Long sound system. The very same sound system that once filled the Paradise Garage..the club that the Mos was based on. I can also remember dancing to Larry Levan at the MoS and then sadly attending the tribute night held for him shortly after that when he passed away”
  “ I grew up in Camberwell so to be able to literally walk down the road to hear all my DJ heroes under one roof was incredible. I guess even back then I thought it was fate that I might eventually play at the club and former resident CJ Mackintosh putting my name forward to play there also helped!”

Aspiring DJ & producer, Seamus, lapped up the early Sessions mix albums from the likes Tony Humphries, David Morales, and was chuffed to bits when Frankie Knuckles selected his “Race Of Survival” tune for inclusion on his mix. Since those early days, Seamus has carved out a niche for himself as one of the UK’s leading DJ’s, remixers and producers, especially in the last 2 years with production partner, Paul Emanuel, their “ Take Me Away” hitting the Top 50 back in January without radio or video! He also runs the respected Big Love and Soul Love imprints from his Brighton base.

So far this year, Seamus (along with Paul Emanuel) has produced the new Sonique single "Tonight", remixed Mish Mash “Speechless” (Data), Cevin Fisher "Freaks Come Out" (Litmus), Duke "So In Love"(Incentive), Degrees In Motion "Do You Want It Right Now" (New State) , Paul Harris "Find A Friend" (Toolroom), Asle "Golden Sun" (CR2), Those Guys "I Walk Alone" (Big Love), Tom Novy “Take It” (Data) as well as working on new productions of his own plus a collaboration with Steve Mac, the demo of which features exclusively on the comp.
