Summer is long over for us brtis’ and it’s been another hugely successful season over at Purobeach Mallorca, not to mention at their freshly opened Puro resort in Marbella. The Puro team have upped the ante and are now the brains behind this years Puro Desert Lounge Weekend Festival in Marrakech. With a line up that includes Bryan Ferry, Rob Da Bank, Gilles Peterson, Felix from Basement Jaxx and a whole host of other eclectic artists, it gives us great please to be involved and present the official Puro Desert Lounge Weekend CD.
Puro Desert Lounge Weekend continues with the tone set by the first 3 Puro releases but with an added Moroccan flavor this time for CD 1. Bargrooves’ Ben Sowton has selected only the finest in Downtempo and Chill Out reflecting the day time festival atmosphere where as Puro’s resident music consultant Niko Belloto has delivered a current mix of contempary Deep House and Electronica.
